Press: Run Walk Talk® is in the New York Times!

This is very late, but big thanks to Danielle Friedman for including Run Walk Talk® in her December 2022 New York Times article, “Stressed During the Holidays? There’s an Exercise for That.”

We had the chance to discuss how to use running, walking, and movement in general to reduce the tension that comes up for people around the holidays - it’s helpful advice that I hope will support you as we head into fall and holidays again this year!

From the article:

Research suggests that a single session of intense exercise (whatever that means for you) can boost your mood for up to 24 hours.
